FRONT OF HOUSE STUDIO CONCIERGE

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Front of House Studio Concierge to join our team at Lalita Method. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and wellness, possess strong organizational skills, and have experience in managing a fitness or wellness studio. The Part-Time Front of House Concierge Team will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and supporting the overall growth of our community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain a positive, upbeat, and approachable demeanor. Exceptional customer service should always be front of mind.
  • Prepare front desk and studio for client arrivals.
  • Greet and check-in clients including registering new clients, accepting and reconciling payments.
  • Answer calls and emails in professional manner while utilizing resourcefulness and business acumen.
  • Must have the ability to drive sales, retail and membership, through customer relations.
  • Oversee daily studio operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and maintenance.
  • Assist upper management with daily tasks and projects as requested.
  • Manage and coordinate class schedules, instructor assignments, and studio events as needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Strong customer service and social interaction skills demonstrating patience & cooperation.
  • Previous experience in a management role within a fitness, wellness, or similar environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and multitasking skills.
  • Highly organized and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling and management software.
  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Work as a member of a cohesive team with all Lalita Method staff.
  • Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.
  • Shifts include early mornings to mid mornings, evenings, and weekends. Holiday availability and weekends required. Must be flexible to accommodate changes in studio class times.
  • CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Passion for health, wellness, and fitness, with knowledge of Reformer Pilates being a plus.
  • PART-TIME: 20+ hours per week
