Cancellation of a Monthly Recurring Unlimited Membership or Monthly Sessions: A 30-day cancellation notice is required. Participant’s can cancel their monthly recurring membership online within their account on Wellness Living or contact Lalita Method at support@lalitamethod.com. Once a Participant has canceled, they may continue to take classes through the remainder of their billing cycle.

Cancellation by Participant: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session time to receive a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session time will not be refunded. If a session is booked within 12 hours prior to a session start time, there are no refunds or cancellations available. Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior the session start time will incur a $35.00 late fee. If a client does not show up for a class, the session will be forfeited, and a $35.00 fee will be applied.

Cancellation by Studio: Lalita Method reserves the right to cancel the class for any reason, in which case a full refund or rescheduled class will be offered to the Participant.
